No-custody notice — V0.1

Your money stays between circle members

During the V0.1 pilot, Preaux Circles does not hold, custody, pool, or transmit participant money. Participants pay the designated recipient for each round directly, using an agreed-upon external electronic payment method. Preaux never asks participants to send their circle contributions to a Preaux operating account.

FAQs

Questions people ask first

Does Preaux hold my money?

No. In the V0.1 pilot Preaux never receives, holds, pools, or transmits contributions. You pay the scheduled recipient directly using an external payment method, and Preaux records and verifies it.

Do I earn interest or a return?

No. There is no interest, no investment return, and no profit. A circle simply reorganizes the timing of savings that participants already make.

Do I keep contributing after my payout?

Yes. Receiving your payout does not end your obligations — you continue your scheduled contributions until every member has received one payout.

How many circles can I join?

Up to three active circles, which is the absolute maximum. Before joining Circle #2 or #3, Preaux shows your combined recurring commitment.

Can a payout from one circle cover another circle?

No. Circles are independent and Preaux never automatically applies a payout from one circle to obligations in another.

Is there any recruiting requirement?

None. Circles begin with a defined group, a defined amount, and a defined schedule. No commissions, no downlines, no new members required for earlier members to be paid.
